We purchase the hides from Australia, ship them to China, where all of our products are hand-made. They are then shipped directly to our warehouse here inChina, where we sell them under our own brand name, Three Color Rainbow. The result is a superior quality steering wheel cover for a very reasonable price.
1. Q : How to get a sample?
A: For old customers, we can provide sample free and customers only need pay express freight. For new customers, we will charge 50% higher than the unit price as sample free and customers need to pay express freight also.
2. Q : How to pay express charges if order samples?
A: For those customer, who has DHL, FEDEX, TNT, UPS account, can give us your account and we will send the samples by freight collected. For those customers, who don’t have an express account, we will calculate the express freight charge for you and you can pay the freight charge directly to our company account. Then we will delivery the samples by prepaid.
3. Q : How to pay sample charges ?
A: You can pay to our company account. When we received the sample free, we will arrange to make the samples for you. The prepare time for sample will be 2-7days.
4. Can I put my own label and logo on the products ?
Yes , Sure , there are two options :
1 ) Send your label design to us and we make them for you.
2 ) Send your finished labels to us and we put them on the clothes.
5 . Can you arrange sales package according to our request?
