Made from the same Australian Merino wool as most sheepskin mitts it consists of a very dense soft pile, making it an ideal wash mitt.

Shipping
All items are sent as standard 2nd class, all items have an upgrade option to 1st class Recorded. All items that are sent via standard mail are sent with free Royal Mail standard insurance that covers for up to £30.
We always aim to send items within 3 working days; the likelihood is that your order will be sent the same day.
Timescales for delivery:
1st Class - Although most items will arrive the day after we've posted, please allow up to 5 working days before contacting us.
2nd Class - Generally items will arrive within 3 working days but please allow 10 working days before contacting us.

Regarding Payment Method
1. Q: How to get a sample?
A: For old customers, we can provide sample free and customers only need pay express freight. For new customers, we will charge 50% higher than the unit price as sample free and customers need to pay express freight also.
2. Q: How to pay express charges if order samples?
A: For those customer, who has DHL, FEDEX, TNT, UPS account, can give us your account and we will send the samples by freight collected. For those customers, who don’t have an express account, we will calculate the express freight charge for you and you can pay the freight charge directly to our company account. Then we will delivery the samples by prepaid.
3. Q: How to pay sample charges ?
A: You can pay to our company account. When we received the sample free, we will arrange to make the samples for you. The prepare time for sample will be 2-7days.
4. Q: What is your terms and payment?
A: Usually, we accept T/T , irrevocable L/C at sight. For regular orders, we prefer 30% of total amount as down payment and the balance paid before delivery.
