Packaging
All products will be carefully packed and shipped to you in an elegant case or carton or other package. Firstly, we packed products into PP bag, then into carton. Also we can meet your special package requirement.
Shipping
1. We usually ship by DHL,Fedex or UPS express according to customers' delivery adress, it is door to door service. It takes around 4-6 days to arrive.
2. If order is big, we will advise you use Air Freight or Sea Freight. It through your pointed forwarders freight. FOB port is Ningbo or Shanghai.
Payment
We usually use T/T ,Paypal and West Union. T/T 30% deposit before production and balance 70% before delivery or against by B/L if see shipment.

A:Yes we can. Please send us through your artwork, drawing, sketch or cartoon and we'll see what we can whip up for you!
Q: How much is the sample fee?
A: The account is up to your sample, usually it is 50-150 USD, but if there are many embroideries or printings, and it is complex, the sample fee will be igher.
If the total amount is over USD6,000, it will be refunded.
If you had placed an order to us before, we will not charge you of the samples for the following orders.
